International Shipping
We ship to most locations worldwide! We pack and ship items within 48 hours of receiving the order. Expected delivery time can range from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on location. Please note that Barre Goods Co. is not responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage or other fees that may be charged at the border.
Refunds
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at hello@barregoods.com within 10 days of receiving your item. Online orders can be returned to the original payment method, store credit or product exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All sale items are final.
The customer is responsible for any shipping, taxes, brokerage charges or duty incurred.
Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged due to rough wear.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
