The Sock it to me CONTEST is administered by thebarreblog.com. (“ADMINISTRATOR”) and is co-sponsored by Pointe Studio. CONTEST BEGINS ON Monday, November 23, 2020, AT 9:00 AM EST AND ENDS ON Friday, November 27, AT 11:59 PM EST. (“CONTEST PERIOD”).

 

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. By entering this Contest the entrants and participants automatically agree to accept and abide by these Official Contest Rules and Regulations (“Contest Rules”). All decisions of The Barre Blog with respect to any aspect of this Contest, including without limitation the eligibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to this Contest.

 

  1. How to participate:

Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of The Barre Blog, Pointe Studio and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

 

  1. Prize: One (1) 7-day assortment from Pointe Studio. The Prize is worth $95.00 (USD). The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions will be accepted. All federal, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the case of an international winner, the winner assumes responsibility for the cost of import taxes.

 

  1. Expiration and Draw: This contest will run from Monday, November 23, 2020, at 9:00 am EST until Friday, November 27, 2020, at 11:59 pm EST. The Barre Blog will select one (1) winner by a random draw from all eligible entries on Saturday, November 28, 2020. The chances of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

  1. Notification: One (1) winner will be chosen at random using a random selection tool. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be sent a direct message via Instagram and will have forty-eight hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours or does not meet all of the contest conditions, another winner will be chosen. The winning entry will be verified. The winner will be displayed on the original contest post.

 

  1. Rules of participation: A person may submit the contest as many times as they would like.

Conditions: The Barre Blog assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or any software, hardware, network or other failures or malfunctions that interfere with the proper conduct of the contest. In order to win, the entrant must first have complied with Contest Rules, completed and correctly answered a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. All winners consent to the use of their first name and last name, and Instagram handle without payment or compensation in any publicity or advertising in any medium carried out by The Barre Blog. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold The Barre Blog responsible for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
